“A National Youth Safety & Justice Initiative

THE FOUNDER.

Apostle Sandylove is a nationally recognized youth advocate, justice reform strategist, and founder of the STRAP National Initiative. With a unique background in military culture, legal studies, and trauma-informed ministry, she has dedicated over 20 years to protecting vulnerable youth and strengthening community safety through prevention, advocacy, and justice partnerships.

Her work began overseas during her early prophetic training in Germany, where she witnessed firsthand the impact of trauma, instability, and violence on young people. Over the years, she has served as a mentor, advocate, and spiritual leader supporting at-risk youth, military families, and system-involved teens across multiple states.

She holds degrees in Criminal Justice, International Relations, and Legal Studies, and is currently pursuing advanced education in law to further her commitment to youth justice, human rights, and systemic reform.

Through STRAP—Safety, Trafficking Response, Advocacy & Prevention—she leads a national effort to equip communities, courts, and families with tools that bring safety, stabilization, and restoration to vulnerable youth. Her mission is simple: No youth overlooked. No youth unprotected. No youth left behind.

MISSION.

STRAP protects vulnerable youth through coordinated safety, trafficking response, advocacy, and prevention initiatives. We partner with families, courts, schools, and communities to provide rapid intervention, trauma-informed support, and pathways to long-term stability and justice.

VISION.

To establish STRAP chapters and certified partners across the United States, creating a unified standard of youth safety, justice reform, and coordinated response that uplifts communities and protects future generations.

ABOUT S.T.R.A.P.

S.T.R.A.P. — Safety, Trafficking Response, Advocacy & Prevention

A National Youth Safety & Justice Initiative

STRAP is a developing national initiative dedicated to protecting vulnerable youth and strengthening community safety through coordinated prevention, intervention, response, and aftercare services. We exist to bridge the critical gaps between families, schools, courts, and community systems—ensuring that every young person has access to safety, advocacy, and long-term support.

Our work focuses on youth who are at risk of or currently experiencing:

  • Trafficking or exploitation

  • Homelessness or runaway behavior

  • System involvement (juvenile courts, truancy, probation)

  • Violence, instability, or unsafe environments

  • Emotional or relational trauma

  • Disconnection from school, family, or positive influences

STRAP approaches these challenges with a balanced framework rooted in:

Safety

Creating protective environments and early support for youth before harm occurs.

• Trafficking Response

Providing trauma-informed intervention, court diversion options, and collaboration with law enforcement and community agencies.

Advocacy

Standing with youth through mentorship, case support, and systems navigation so they are never alone in difficult processes.

Prevention

Equipping communities, families, and youth with tools that reduce vulnerability and build resilience.

OUR COMMITMENT.

We are committed to:

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Accountability with dignity

  • Youth-centered solutions

  • Community collaboration

  • Data-driven practice

  • Justice that heals, not harms

Every youth deserves safety.
Every family deserves support.
Every community deserves a pathway to prevention.

STRAP stands at that intersection.

OUR APPROACH.

STRAP operates through a four-division model designed for national scalability:

1. Prevention Division

Community awareness, school outreach, training, and youth-led chapters.

2. Intervention Division

Court partnerships, assessment tools, mentorship, and structured youth stabilization pathways.

3. Response Division

Emergency support, youth flight bags, rapid advocacy, and safety coordination.

4. Aftercare Division

Long-term mentorship, life skills, housing pathway referrals, and ongoing safety planning.

This model allows STRAP to function as a comprehensive youth-justice support system—adaptable to diverse cities and counties, yet structured enough for national expansion.
